For small companies (1–10 people) in Taiwan
Business centers, coworking and registered addresses in Taiwan
If you are starting or running a small company in Taiwan, the first question is usually not “which brand?” but “do I need an address, or a place to work?”
This site is an independent directory and market observatory: it lists what exists, where, and what each operator publishes,
so you can ask better questions before you sign. It does not rank or recommend operators.
Step 1: the address
I need a company registration address
For a company that is about to be set up, is moving, or only needs an address that can receive official mail.
- Borrowed-address registration and company / business registration addresses
- Mail, registration documents and address-only list prices
- Check the conditions first, then compare the data
Find a registered address Step 2: the workspace
I need somewhere for people to work
For a team that needs fixed desks, a private office or meeting rooms, or is comparing business centers with coworking.
- Public directory of brands and locations
- Raw data on physical space and business services
- Do not mistake “has an address” for “has a space”
Go straight to: business centers,
coworking, private offices.
Three terms that get mixed up
“Borrowed-address registration” (借址登記), “company registration address” (公司登記地址) and “virtual office” (虛擬辦公室) are often used as if they meant the same thing.
They are different things: the first is an action, the second is an administrative requirement, and the third is a type of service.
A virtual office is one kind of service package for the address need; it does not necessarily equal borrowed-address registration, and it does not mean you get a physical desk.
What the data covers today
202brands
471operating locations checked
206locations whose public service text lists registration-address services
The third number only counts locations whose public data explicitly mentions borrowed-address, address setup or registration-address services; not being listed does not mean an operator does not offer it.
Every record should still be confirmed against its source page and check date.

Brand pages, city and district pages, the Taipei map, company-formation and SME-financing dashboards, the bookkeeper lookup and market reports are available in Chinese only:
flexspace.joelin.cc (Chinese home page).
Brand names are shown as listed in the directory, and addresses stay in Chinese (with the district in pinyin) so you can show them to a taxi driver.
This site is a data and market-observation layer. It does not rank or recommend operators, and it does not cover company-formation procedures, foreign-investment rules or tax;
laws, procedures and how they apply to your case are for the competent authorities and qualified professionals to confirm.
